If you have any complaints or are not satisfied with the product, you may return your order within 30 days provided it meets the conditions listed at the end of the page. Once the return has been received, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 10 business days.

We accept returns in the following circumstances
Order cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been processed. This must be done within 30 minutes after purchase. Once the order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.
Damage upon receipt: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Production error or defect after use: If you discover issues with the production or functionality of your product, please contact us. We will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
Change of mind: If you regret your purchase, you may return the product in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Exchange: If you would like to exchange the product, please contact us. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Receiving the wrong product: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a quick solution.
Initiating a return
Contact us: Send an email to info@novapelle-boutique.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If necessary, include clear photos of any damage or issues.
Return approval: Our customer service team will respond with instructions on how to return the product.
Return shipping: Send the product to the provided address. Make sure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport. Be sure to include a Track & Trace code with the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and to avoid misunderstandings. Send the Track & Trace code to info@novapelle-boutique.com so we can monitor your return at all times. Failure to do so may invalidate the return.
Inspection and processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition and the reason for the return. We will process the refund or exchange in accordance with this procedure.
Important
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the consumer and will not be reimbursed by Novapelle Boutique. Since we ship directly through our supplier, our return address is also located in China.
Please ensure that the return form you receive is completed correctly. If it is missing or incomplete, the return cannot be processed and will therefore be rejected.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect or use the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product or refuse the return request. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Once the return is received, the purchase amount will be transferred to your bank account within 14 days.
