When can I receive my order?

We need 1 to 3 business days to process your order. The order will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days. In total, your order will take between 6 and 10 business days to arrive.

What is the status of my order if the estimated delivery time has been exceeded?

99% of our orders are delivered on time. Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur. You can check the status of your order via the following link: Order Tracking. If you have not received your order seven days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

What are the shipping costs?

We NEVER charge shipping fees. That’s great news, because you don’t have to pay any shipping costs at all!
